Health Fund Information

We understand that when buying frames, lenses or contact lenses you would like to use your private health insurance to cover in accordance with your entitlement. When purchasing any of these in store, we can process your claim on the spot if you bring in your card. We accept all major health fund providers.

If purchasing a frame online, you can still use your health fund to pay for the frame if you have a valid prescription. Simply pay for your frame in full on our website, and then email us your prescription so that we can email you a claims receipt. You may then submit the claim directly with your health fund provider and they will reimburse you.
